Once again this year McKnight UMC will be holding a Trunk or Treat event in the church parking lot on October 31, 2019. We will need volunteers to donate candy and to decorate their car trunks.
Cookie Walk December 14th
9 a.m. until 12 p.m.
For those of you who may be unfamiliar, a Cookie Walk is a simple way for people (including you) to purchase a variety of Christmas cookies for your enjoyment during the holiday season or as a gift. We offer homemade cookies, of your choosing, for sale by the pound and have some specialty items priced separately.

Consider Donating to North Hills Food Bank
More than ever, Americans are depending on their community's social services to make ends meet. Stagnant wages and outsourcing of jobs overseas is causing economic instability for many. When unemployment assistance runs out and the heavily-slashed food stamps program can't cover a family's needs, many turn to food pantries in their neighborhoods. Please consider adding a few of the following items as you put your family's shopping list together: canned tuna, salmon & chicken and rolled oats. There is a basket in our Welcome Center for food donations.
